I am on a complicated network at the office, so I ended up having to put both machines on our guest network for them to see each other, but once I did that it’s been smooth sailing. Got fed up with all these other antiquated methods of file transferring again today and ran across someone talking about this little gem of an app on a forum and decided to give it a try, and it works beautifully.

I was digging for ever on the interwebs trying to find a way to make AirDrop auto accept files from a trusted machine with no luck, then I used DropBox for about a week or two, but you have to wait for the file to copy over, which can take a long time for large files at which point you might as well pull out a thumb drive or move the file to an external drive. Eine Lite Version für iOS, die auf 25 Vorschauen begrenzt ist und eine Vollversion für 4,49.

This post compares 7 Microsoft NTFS for Mac software, including freeware and paid apps.A third-party NTFS driver will help you read NTFS drive on Mac and enable Mac NTFS writing support, solving your Mac external hard drive read-only problem. Die Macher von DropCopy, 10base-t Interactive, bieten jeweils zwei Versionen der App für iOS und OS X an. So much better than AirDrop or DropBox, if all you want to do is quickly transfer a file from one machine to another. Even in the newest macOS 13 Ventura (Beta), direct NTFS write access is still unsupported. Let’s just hope that Apple doesn’t come around and… Well I don’t want to be greedy, if Apple does come around I’m sure the developers of this app will be handsomely rewarded for which I say “good for you” Then I have to turn around and say “bad for me” LOL either way at least I’ll get some time

Thank God for companies like this that pay attention to the little details that Apple doesn’t and actually gives me better functionality. I’m sorry, but airdrop is not quote “instantaneous” and I can’t for the life of me figure out why the hell they haven’t paid attention to it or heard the collective moans of millions of people of the much ballyhooed feature. Since that time Apple shut it down and I’ve been looking for a replacement ever since.

Hey while back, I had bought or gotten for free I can’t remember an application that simply allowed you to push a button and whatever file I had was magically transferred to my desktop.
