It’s always treated as a Raidraptor and The Phantom Knights card, so we don’t have to throw away a pretty cool name to try and force those two archetype names in.

It requires 2 Level 4 DARK monsters to summon, which Raidraptors do with ease and PKs can do off of Break Sword’s effect. Fine stats for Rank 4, DARK and Warrior are pretty good as well.

Raider’s Knight is a Rank 4 DARK Warrior with 2000 ATK and 0 DEF. Two Xyz-centric archetypes getting support in the same line was going to give us a new Xyz Monster in said line of support, and we got one of the two here with Raider’s Knight. Splashable? Sure, but is it worth the slot you’d give it and the monster(s) you’d try to target with it? Probably not for decks outside the archetypes it specifies, but Raider’s Knight could be a cheeky card for DARK decks to use.

PK’s can make Break Sword without Raider’s Knight and Xyz Dragons need to Xyz climb to get the full benefit of their monsters while Raidraptor monsters can do that but gain advantage along the way. Aside from that, each archetype Raider’s Knight covers can benefit in its own way, but I think Raidraptors have to jump through less hoops to get to Raider’s Knight or their own Xyz. The other monster I’d consider using in a general strategy not dedicated to any of the archetypes would be Blaze Falcon because of the field-clearing ability and burn it can do to your opponent. Break Sword works best with PK’s because its first effect is a -1 unless your deck can balance itself when you trade cards for costs like PK’s can do. As is it is a 3000ATK monster you got off of Raider’s Knight. Of the monsters you can go after with Raider’s Knight the best one arguably is a card we review on Friday: Arc Rebellion Xyz Dragon as it has card effect destruction protection, can gain a lot of ATK, and can negate all face-up monster effects on the field. PK’s are Level 3, but can still get to this, Raidraptor have a better shot of getting there, as do decks centered around getting to Xyz Dragon monsters. You’ll have two materials attached to the new Xyz monster and will be using it during your turn because it’s gone at the end of your opponents turn, hence why it’s an extender.

Knight gets you to an Xyz of 3 or 5 from Raidraptor, PK or Xyz Dragon. Always a Phantom Knight or Raidraptor lends a ton of support in all forms. Of all the cards in the freaking game, they had to give us THAT FUCKING GRASS LOOKS THICCER.Īlright, I hope this blog at least gave you a bit of a warning call before the end times and with that being said this is DK or sorry, TrickScythe signing off.Raider’s Knight is an Xyz extender for the two archetypes it is considered, in addition to the three archetypes it works in conjunction with (two are the archetypes it is considered).ĭARK materials for what looks like a generic Rank 4 with lower ATK than standard Rank 4 monsters on the surface. I only made this cause I felt that these IR and SR cards were worth sharing, I only used Vivid Knight as Blog filler, just keep it less short. Don't play this, I like the art but the effect is such a goddamn waste. Yes Lightsworn Druid is the only card that works with this in DL is one of the worst Lightsworns in the game right now. The only problem is that the only card in the fucking name that even fits the criteria for this to work, other than this, is literally fucking Lightsworn Druid. I think I get the idea, having to banish a monster that was affected by E-Con, getting attacked after getting Wall of Disrespected, or something else, and using this to to make a comeback.
